(60-75 minutes) - Dynamic power flow to awaken your body and calm your mind followed by stretching to promote relaxation.
(60-75 minutes) - Focuses on strength and balance specifically designed to enhance your athletic performance.
(Moderately intense class focused toward improving balance, strength, flexibility and endurance.)

Misconception 1 - You must be a certain something to practice yoga.
Response: Yoga can be tailored to your ability level and needs – you don’t have to be flexible, strong or have good balance.

Response: Our classes provide a foundation for development of a private practice regardless of your location.
